At Francesca Celeste Hair, our team of bridal experts pride themselves in making a brides wedding morning as special as possible. Your wedding day is the most special day of your life & we are here to help create your beautiful style to suit you and your dress. Short or long, we can create your dream hair. As soon as you know the date, lets start planning together - bridal hair isn’t just the style, It’s also the colour and cut!
We always recommend having a hair trial 12-6 weeks before your wedding day, allowing time to change your mind or have a second trial if you're undecided.
Our Process
The Trial
At your trial we recommend bringing pictures of your hair inspiration, showing us pictures of your wedding dress & even a mood board on the theme of your wedding. Also if you're wearing a veil and any hair accessories, bring those too.
You are welcome to bring a family member or friend with you. A bridal trial is normally based on a 2 hour appointment where you can try as many styles as we can fit in, or if you feel more set on a style you and opt for a 1 hour trial.
A deposit of £100 for large bridal parties is taken 12 weeks before wedding day to secure. Once we have met you & know all the wedding details we will work out a time schedule for you.
The Wedding Day
We can accommodate you and your bridal party at the salon where we can arrange breakfast and prosecco for you at an additional cost. Here you can have a pamper morning with your hair and makeup done. We can recommend plenty of makeup artists.
We can also travel to you at a venue of your choice. We charge an additional £12 per hour from leaving the salon to returning to the salon.
We always go above and beyond to create the perfect morning for you & beautiful hair to wow your guests!
We will also bring an assistant to help make sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
Tips for your trial

Try and book it on the same day you have a makeup trial and have your makeup done first. If you can’t have a makeup trial on the same day then come with makeup on similar to how you’d like it on the day

Try and also book a dress fitting the day you have your hair done so you can see how your hair looks with a dress

Come to your trial with a top on a similar colour to your wedding dress and a similar shape so it will give you and idea how your hair will look

Bring your veil if you are having one and any hair accessories you think you may want for the day

When ordering hair accessories if you are ordering from eBay allow plenty of delivery time. Etsy also offer some gorgeous accessories

Come to your trial with some hair inspirations to give your stylist an idea of what you’d like your hair to be like

If you don’t have much hair, consider hair extensions (clip in ones are a cheaper alternative and you can use these after your wedding) bring these with you to your trial

Book your trial for about 2 months before your wedding so your hair colour and length will be how it will be on your wedding day, and then you always have time to have another trial if you wanted to try more styles

Be open to suggestions from your hairdresser as sometimes a style you may want may not work well with your hair type or your stylist may have a better idea for your hair

If you're booking in with your bridal stylist for the first time, consider using them to colour and treat your hair too leading up to your wedding day so you can build a relationship with your stylist and they can get to know you better
