Francesca Celeste Hair is an award-winning luxury hair salon in Kidderminster, created with one simple aim: to give every client beautiful hair, expert advice and an experience that feels special from the moment they walk through the door.
Founded by Frankie in March 2020, the salon has grown into a talented, close-knit team of stylists who each bring their own expertise, personality and passion to the Francesca Celeste name. From beautiful blondes and colour transformations to precision cutting, extensions, occasion styling and bridal hair, our team is passionate about creating hair that not only looks incredible, but works for you and your lifestyle.
We believe the best hair starts with a great consultation. We take the time to listen, understand your hair goals and recommend what will genuinely work for your hair, while always prioritising its condition, health and shine.
Our salon has been designed to feel luxurious while still being warm, friendly and relaxed. Expect beautiful interiors, gorgeous products, plenty of conversation and a team who genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and looked after.
We work with premium professional products, including Kevin Murphy, alongside carefully selected treatments and technology to ensure we can offer our clients exceptional results while continuing to evolve with the latest techniques in the industry.

You’ll find us on Bewdley Road in Kidderminster, ideally located for clients visiting from Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport and the surrounding areas, with free on-site parking at the rear of the salon.

Frankie
Salon Owner & Bridal Specialist
With almost 20 years in hairdressing, Frankie brings creativity, technical expertise and a personal approach to every appointment. Her award-winning career includes London, Paris and Milan Fashion Weeks, alongside celebrity styling at the Cannes Film Festival. Bridal hair and occasion styling are her specialities, with a love for beautiful transformations and hair that feels healthy, glossy and full of life. From your first consultation to the finishing touches, Frankie takes time to understand your vision and create a look that feels completely you.
Laura
Senior Stylist
Laura brings warmth, care and expertise in precision cutting to every appointment. From a sleek, glossy blow-dry to a beautifully polished bob, she loves creating wearable styles with an immaculate finish. A mum of two, Laura also has a special love for children’s haircuts and makes every visit feel relaxed and comfortable. Her thoughtful approach and attention to detail help each client leave feeling confident and looked after.
Katie
Senior Stylist
With 13 years of experience, Katie brings energy, care and creativity to every appointment. She loves all aspects of hairdressing, from a complete transformation to the smallest finishing detail. Thoughtful consultations are central to her approach: Katie takes time to understand your hair, your routine and the result you want. Her warm, bubbly manner helps clients feel at ease, while her attention to detail creates hair you can feel confident wearing.
Amy
Senior Stylist
With over 14 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Amy brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity and confidence to the Francesca Celeste Hair team.
Having previously worked in Worcester, Amy joined us to continue her career a little closer to home and her family. She loves all aspects of hairdressing, with a particular passion for short haircuts, blondes, restyles and transformations, men’s hair, and occasion and bridal styling.
Amy is known for her relaxed, friendly approach and describes herself as easy-going, chatty and bubbly. She loves taking the time to understand exactly what her clients want and creating beautiful, wearable hair that leaves them feeling confident.
Whether you’re visiting for a complete transformation, a fresh new cut, beautiful blonde colour or styling for a special occasion, you can expect plenty of conversation, a relaxed experience and gorgeous results.
Amy works Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and her diary is now open for bookings.
Olivia (Liv)
Graduate Stylist
Liv has grown so much since joining the Francesca Celeste Hair team and has developed into an incredibly talented and valued member of the salon.
She has a real passion for blondes, long hair, hair-ups and occasion styling, and has a natural eye for creating beautiful, polished looks that still feel effortless and wearable. She especially loves working with longer hair and creating gorgeous styles for events, weddings and special occasions.
Liv is also one of the kindest, most loyal and genuine people you could meet. She has such a warm, caring nature and always wants every client in her chair to feel comfortable, listened to and completely looked after.
Her calm, friendly personality combined with her creativity and attention to detail makes her a firm favourite with both clients and the team.
We’re so proud of how much Liv has developed and can’t wait to see her continue to grow within Francesca Celeste Hair.
Ella
Apprentice
Ella joined the Francesca Celeste Hair team in August 2025 and is currently developing her skills as our Apprentice.
She has a real natural ability for hair and is always keen to learn, improve and get involved wherever she can. Ella is building her experience across all areas of hairdressing and loves putting everything she learns into practice in the salon.
Friendly, chatty and incredibly kind-hearted, Ella brings such a lovely energy to the team and makes clients feel comfortable and welcome.
She also has a love for social media and content creation, so you’ll often find her helping capture what’s happening behind the scenes in the salon.
We’re so excited to watch Ella continue to grow, develop her skills and progress through her hairdressing career with us.
