About Us
We are located on the outskirts of Kidderminster town, with free on site car parking and are very central to Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport and surrounding areas. Our car park can be found at the back of the salon.
We opened in March 2020, 3 weeks before the first covid lockdown, however since then our salon has grown and continued to bloom. Frankie is obsessed with attention to detail and has created a beautiful salon full of artificial flowers and greenery, creating a welcoming, pretty and relaxing environment.
We operate a freelance work space for our stylists, giving them total freedom with their work hours and days in order to create a happy team of stylists who are all working at the salon because they want to be. This creates a happy salon atmosphere for you as a client. Although freelance, we are a talented team of individuals that work super well together as a team.
We are a L’Oreal professional salon making us forward thinking within the hairdressing scene, offering the most up to date products and techniques available on the market. Our passion is hair and we cannot wait to make your hair appointment as exciting as possible.

Frankie
Salon Owner & Bridal Specialist
Frankie has a wealth of experience with her 16 years of hairdressing. Having a passion for hair from a very young age, Frankie is hard working, creative and constantly wanting to improve her skill set to give her clients total hair goals. She has won several competitions and had experience working at Paris, Milan and London fashion weeks as well as styling celebrities hair for Cannes film festival. Frankie loves complete hair colour and cut transformations and specialises in bridal hair and event styling. She is up for any challenge! She is all for improving the condition of her clients hair and promoting health and shine. If you're after a hair change or are getting married - Frankie’s the stylist for you.
Mel
Senior Stylist
Mel is our most experienced stylist on the team and has been passionate about the hair industry for many years. Her skills are second to none and she has done it all from being a salon owner herself to working self employed and employed. Now Mel loves working in the salon with her loyal clientele and helping new people achieve the hair of their dreams. She loves blondes, rainbow colours, curly hair and short haircuts & styling. If you like a good chin wag with a friendly face and a great hair do - Mel is the stylist for you.
Tom
Senior Stylist
Tom has over 17 years experience and has worked alongside the industries top names. He is an absolute perfectionist and is passionate about cutting and colouring, specialising in short haircuts and bouncy blow drys. He has built a loyal clientele over the years but is open to taking on new clients. Feel free to call the salon to book for a consultation with Tom.
Brooke
Stylist
Brooke has previously trained with Frankie and she’s an amazing stylist. Her happy, bubbly personality is infectious and she’s so lovely to be around. Brooke currently works Wednesday and Thursday evenings and every Saturday, but will soon be extending her work hours. She loves colouring and cutting, gents cuts and bridal hair! She loves a balayage!
Luke
Stylist
Luke is really enjoying building up his clientele. He’s loves mens hair, baby lights and cutting especially. Luke is famous for his head massages which are out of this world! He is super kind and caring towards his clients and will look after you during your visit to the salon.
Ana
Graduate Stylist & Bridal Specialist
Ana has a bubbly and proffessional personality and cares a lot for the clients she looks after. She has been working alongside Frankie since 2019 which has allowed her to perfect her bridal hair skills. She is qualified in tape hair extensions and can transform your hair with adding length or thickness. Ana loves the more technical side of things and precision work. Her colour and toning knowledge is great. She’s had the pleasure of working along side Frankie at London fashion week and has a passion for session styling too.
Lydia
Graduate Stylist
Lydia is our graduate stylist and qualified in the summer of 2023 after starting hairdressing since leaving school. She has worked with us for 2 years and has always dreamed of being a hairdresser. She is an asset to the salon, extremely hard working, motivated and great at using her initiative. She strives to welcome her clients and put them at ease. Lyd loves colouring and big transformations and is fab at blow drying!
Liz
PA, Receptionist & Bridal Specialist
Liz helps the salon run smoothly and takes care of a lot of behind the scene things. Liz is mostly found at the reception desk and is there to help you re book appointments and look after you during the salon. Liz responds to emails and messages. Being a hairdresser herself she understands our industry and will put her hand to anything to help us out. Liz is the salon Mom and we love her. Liz also has a passion for bridal hair and event styling and is available to book in with at the salon.
Olivia (Liv)
Apprentice
Liv is our newest apprentice and is such a joy to be around. She is always happy and smiley and is really keen to learn the hairdressing trade. She started with us on Saturdays and has been full time since November 2023. Liv is excited to master shorter haircuts and is available for training nights on Tuesday afternoons so if you’d like Liv to practise on your hair then book in now.
